Based on the glorious Isle of Thanet – history-redolent and more than slightly special – IsleWrite is a group supporting writers from all walks of life, many from other countries. Some write fiction, short stories, novels and plays, some write memoirs; others prefer poetry. Each has a story to tell. Live music links storytelling by authors – from Kent country life to Canadian childhood, Venezuelan villains to native American Indians … and more.
